These machines have been designed for spray lineal parts i.e. Moldings, Flooring, Wood Strips, etc.

and can be used with water-based paints, thinners, nitro and polyurethane paints, paints containing pigments, acrylic paints, matt and gloss paints. 

The machine features 4 spray stations comprising each of up to 2 automatic spray-guns, a tray collection and a duct for direct product recovery. 

The machine is operated from a central control panel with PLC which automatically controls spray-gun opening and closing in relation to the length of the workpieces and feed speed, thereby ensuring large product savings. Operation and adjustments are independent for each spray-gun. 

The workpieces are fed on solvent-resistant conveyor belts. 

The conveyor belts are operated by a toothed belt driven by a mechanical gear-motor. 

The suction system consists of a box, filters and electric fan. 

The high performance of this system and use of a functional spray booth, located in the spraying areas, provide good protection against pollution for the operator and work area. 

The product is fed to spray-guns by means of a diaphragm pump. 

Other feed systems can also be adopted: under pressure, air-mix and air-less.
